Mobile users: Tap here for video He's accused of inappropriately touching a 5-year-old office furniture girl. Cox is facing two felony counts of child molestation. Authorities said the alleged events took place between January and October of this year. "They are pretty serious allegations. I think the statements in the probable cause affidavit speak to the seriousness of the offense, and there's a reason this is a felony," said Harrison County Prosecutor office furniture Otto Schalk. It was inside Cox's Corydon home, in the 100 block of Valley View Road, that he touched the girl's genitals and forced her to touch his genitals, police said. "It is my understanding Mr. Cox was either a friend or boyfriend of the girl's office furniture mother," said Schalk. Schalk said the allegations were brought to his attention after a recorded interview office furniture between people with the Crimes Against Children office furniture task force and the little girl in which the child claimed Cox touched her inappropriately on two occasions. "After watching video of the 5-year-old give in detail the various sex acts, we felt comfortable office furniture going forward from there," said Schalk. Cox is being held in the Harrison County Jail on $25,000 bond. "As of right now, there's been no admissions of these allegations; he is presumed innocent until proven guilty," Schalk said. Schalk also said the case will likely go to trial. "There's 100 years on the line for a man that is 63 years of age. So he has a lot to lose, so we will proceed forward," Schalk said. Cox is due back in court in February.
