I'm not sure that you can watch at the link outside the UK but in any case very highly recommend you (must be reached otherwise). The excellent iplayer! The kids love the grandpa in my pocket of Hsibibiz. Please note that most programs (not the children's channel Cbeebies, CBBC) are available to view for one week only and then you can not expect more (even if you download them to your computer).
Toddlers love show me show me. I think this is an excellent program, school supplies but maybe your build it would be a bit too small. Except that they may enjoy (much) from Mr. maker. Channel 4 transmits all the history and nature programs Lminan. We do not watch much TV, so I have no recommendations for quality.
